Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Adzy.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Adzy.ae provides the following services:

• AI-Powered Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Social Media Management and Content Creation
• Digital Marketing Strategy and Consulting
• Analytics and Performance Reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts and social media platforms
• Review and approve content before publication when required
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use deliverables created specifically for them. Adzy.ae retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, business strategies, and data. We will not share your confidential information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adzy.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns, as performance depends on various factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning accounts and assets back to the client.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
